Everything we get asked.
If the answer is not here, write to [email protected] — a person reads it, usually within one working day.
How much do I use, and how often?
Once a day. Two to three droppers covers a whole scalp: one along the parting from the forehead back, one at each side of the hairline. More does not make it work faster — it just makes the roots look wet.
Wet hair or dry hair?
Either. Damp hair takes it a little faster; dry hair is fine on a day you are not washing. What you do not want is a dripping scalp — water dilutes the serum, and you end up with less on the scalp than you think.
Where exactly does it go, and what comes after?
Scalp only, not the lengths. Part the hair into three or four lines, run the dropper along each one, then work it in with the fingertips for about thirty seconds. That is the entire ritual. Style as usual straight afterwards, no rinse.
Can I use it with minoxidil or a prescription treatment?
Not at the same time. Apply the serum in the morning and a medicated treatment at night, or on alternate days, so neither dilutes the other. If a doctor put you on a prescription, talk to them before you change how you use it.
How long before I notice anything?
We have no clinical trial to quote you, so here is what we would judge instead. The scalp usually changes first — less tightness, fewer loose hairs on the pillow — somewhere around four to six weeks. Density is a three-month question, not a two-week one. Photograph your parting in the same light on day one, because memory is a bad measure of your own hair.
What happens if I stop using it?
Your scalp returns to whatever it was doing before. There is nothing to taper off and no rebound — this is a cosmetic serum, not a medicine. The improvement holds while you keep using it, which is why we would rather tell you now than after eight weeks.
Will it make my hair look greasy?
It is a water-light serum, not an oil, and it belongs on the scalp rather than through the hair. Two or three droppers disappear in about a minute. If the roots look wet, you are using more than you need — halve it.
Is it a treatment for hair loss?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. There is no minoxidil in it, it is not a medicine, and it is not a substitute for a diagnosis. If your hair is coming out in patches, or it changed suddenly, see a doctor or trichologist first — a cosmetic serum is the wrong tool for that.
What is in it, and at what percentages?
Three actives at stated percentages: 5% saw palmetto, 3% rosemary and 1% caffeine, with niacinamide and hyaluronic acid underneath them. No fragrance, no drying alcohol, no silicones. The full INCI is on the product page and on the carton.
Is it suitable for a sensitive scalp, or for colour-treated and relaxed hair?
It is fragrance-free and free of drying alcohols, so it is built to sit on a reactive scalp and on hair that has been coloured, relaxed or keratin-treated. Botanical extracts can still sting a scalp that is already irritated: patch-test behind the ear for 24 hours, keep it off broken skin, and stop if it stings.
Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Ask your doctor or midwife before you start. Nothing in the formula is a known systemic risk at cosmetic levels, and there is no fragrance or essential-oil load, but that is a conversation for your clinician rather than a website. The serum is not intended for anyone under 18.
How long does a bottle last, and how should I store it?
About eight weeks at once a day. Unopened it keeps 24 months; once opened, twelve. Keep it out of direct sunlight with the collar screwed down, and do not decant it — the glass is the packaging and the pipette is the dose.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
Worldwide, from one warehouse, dispatched within two working days. Shipping is complimentary on every order. Three to five working days in the US and UK, four to seven in the EU, five to ten elsewhere. Sales tax and VAT are added at checkout where we are registered to collect them; duties outside those countries are the recipient's responsibility.
What if it is not for me?
Return it within 30 days of delivery, opened or unopened, and we refund the product price — usually within five working days of the parcel reaching us. Write to [email protected] with your order number. A formula you cannot assess without opening is not a fair purchase to lock you into.
