This page is the whole contact form: no fields to fill in, no queue, no reference number to wait on. Put your order number in the subject line if you have one and write from the address you used at checkout — it saves us a round trip.
- Replies
- Within one working day, Monday to Friday. A message that arrives over the weekend is answered on Monday, not before.
- Returns
- Thirty days from delivery, opened or unopened. The procedure is on the returns page; write to the same address to start one.
- Wholesale
- Say wholesale or press in the subject and the message goes to the right person, rather than through the order queue.
- Phone
- We do not run a phone line. Email keeps a record both sides can read, and it is the only channel we answer.
